While Modi and his party highlighted the achievements of his government, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi released a report card for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Gandhi, in a Twitter post, gave the BJP-led government ‘F’ in four parameters: agriculture, foreign policy, fuel prices and job creation.Taking a jibe at Modi, Rahul Gandhi called him a 'master communicator' with a 'short attention span'.
