The fourth meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog has begun at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. In the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to take stock of the progress of Centre's flagship schemes. The day-long meeting is being attended by Union Ministers, Chief Ministers from the States, Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories and senior officials from the Government of India.
