Terming solid waste in Delhi a ‘very serious problem’, the Supreme Court on Friday asked the Lieutenant Governor (LG) to constitute a committee to deal with the issue. A bench headed by Madan B Lokur stressed that assistance of people in Delhi was required resolve the problem.
