Delhi shivers at 3.7 degree Celsius, Srinagar records coldest December night in three decades at minus 7.6 degree CelsiusThe whole of north India is reeling under intense cold conditions with temperatures dipping to sub-zero levels at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. While Jammu and Kashmir's summer capital Srinagar experienced the coldest December night in nearly three decades with a low of minus 7.6 degree Celsius, the national capital New Delhi was shivering at 3.7 degree Celsius, three notches below the normal. Srinagar had recorded a low of minus 8.8 degree Celsius on December 7, 1990.
