Germany wants to drive investment in Africa

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is en route to Africa, with President Frank-Walter Steinmeier expected to follow on Monday. Their talks in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia will focus on strengthening economic ties.
