Germany's Scholz rules out long-range weapons for Ukraine

Olaf Scholz said that Berlin will not provide Kyiv with Taurus cruise missiles even if NATO allies decide differently. He also called for the prosecution of those who sabotaged the Nord Stream pipelines.
