EU summit: Hungary holds Ukraine aid ransom over Druzhba oil

EU leaders convene amid the war in Iran, but also while trying to retain focus on Ukraine with the Trump administration's eye elsewhere. Hungary says it will block Ukraine aid unless the Druzhba oil pipeline is fixed.
